Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year work & hence we lay stress on regularity in work & performance in examination.
For Promotion 80% of attendance is compulsory for every student. In case of serious illness or accident the parents/guardians are requested to inform the school authorities on time.
The principal with his discretionary power can bring down the attendance down to 75%.
Grading scale for Scholastic Areas (Classes I-VIII)

| 81-90 | A2 |
| 71-80 | B1 |
| 61-70 | B2 |
| 51-60 | C1 |
| 41-50 | C2 |
| 33-40 | D |
| 32& Below | E (Needs Improvement) |
Promotion Policy for class IX & XI.
Overall result will be prepared on the basis of both units & terminal examinations.
Minimum pass percentage in ach subject is 33.
Passing theory & practical separately is compulsory.
Student will have to appear for Re-Test if they do not qualify the exams.
No grade will be awarded to a student who has been absent from any exam. No Re-Test will be conducted.
Results declared at the end of the year are final in all cases & will not be reconsidered. reconsidered.
