Text books prepared by NCERT are followed from class VIII onwards. The medium of instruction is English. All students have to study three languages upto class VIII. ie English, Hindi & Malayalam. From class IX onwards, students can opt for either Malayalam or Hindi as second language. Assessment in Co-Scholastic area will be done by a team of teachers and grades will be awarded for the same. Subjects for Internal Assessment: - In classes VI & X, we strictly follow NCERT books and books published by CBSE. In junior classes, books published by other publications are also followed.
Assessment & Evaluation : The academic year is divided into two terms. June to September and October to March. As per the CBSE guidelines the school follows Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation. Weight age is given to Scholastic and Co- Scholastic areas, life skills, attitudes, values and special areas of interest. Performance of the child will be assessed continuously on the basis of assignments, class work,Home work, Role play, Group discussions,Seminars,Presentations and Projects are integral part of assessment and have to be taken seriously.Two Term examinations will be conducted at the
end of each term, Summative assessment 1 and 2 which will account for 60%.
